deli
Who says you have to be at the O&V to enjoy the O&V? Why not take a bit of Greyton home with you?
Our deli has a range of fabulous home-made treats and locally grown veg to delight your tastebuds. From the amazing selection of Overberg Wines to Greyton’s very own Von Geaseau Choclates and Ruth and Colleen’s exquisite selection of biscuits you’ll find it all right here.
We bring specially selected items from Cape Town like amazing meringues or gorgeous Dunk biscuits. You’ll find crystal spring water from Stanford and Wilde Fruit Juices. Our jams are from Paarl and Pniel. The best brownies ever are made specially for us in Greyton. We will even grind some delicious Origin coffee for you to take home.
Our chef Olivia makes her very own wheat- and dairy-free muesli which you can buy by the kilogram and enjoy with yoghurt from Caledon for breakfast. Cheeses from Klein River, Zevenwacht, Caledon and Greyton are available with a loaf of delicious bread straight from our oven and perhaps some lovely Rietmans sliced pastrami or ham for your lunch. Braai our boerewors made in Caledon from locally-sourced meat or our free-range chicken from a farm near Swellendam. Top it off with a salad from fresh produce grown in Villiersdorp or Greyton itself and delivered to us every Thursday. It’s food for the whole day and you won’t be disappointed.
