Claudia has been at the Oak & Vigne since its first few months and having started in the kitchen her hard work and dedication have seen her meteoric rise to manager.

She is the cornerstone of the restaurant/deli and a true Greyton star (even a celeb by local standards). A fantastic sense of humour gets her through the day and her often acerbic wit sets the staff and customers going alike. Claudia relies on the respect of her colleagues to keep the O&V team running efficiently. We wouldn’t even dare to imagine an O&V without Claudia.

An intensely private mother of three wonderful girls, you will find Claudia relaxing (or not) at home with them and her pooches when not at work.
