Our waitresses are specially trained baristas certified by Origin Coffee Roasters. Their latté art will wow you, their winning smiles delight you and the food they will serve you is nothing short of sublime. Led by our head waitress, Louise, this is a team of winners. They are fleet-footed and fun-loving and somehow manage to seem fresh all through the long hours of keeping a restaurant going seven days a week.
